Columbiana Police, Fire and EMS services are dispatched through the Police Station. In the event of an emergency anyone calling from the 482 telephone exchange may dial 911 to reach the dispatcher or for non-emergency calls or calls coming from outside of the 482 exchange you may dial 330-482-9292.

In order to allow for snow removal and street sweeping no parking is permitted from 2:00 am-5:30 am. In special circumstances (driveway maintenance etc.) permission for overnight parking can be obtained by calling the Police Department at 330-482-9292

Columbiana City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall.

The Columbiana Planning Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall

The Park and Cemetery Board meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM.  The Board only meets when a hearing has been scheduled and 15 days notice has been given.

Branches are picked up by the City on the First full week of each month ending when leaf pickup starts. Leaves will be picked up until the first snowfall. The annual clean-up days are scheduled for the first full week of April every spring.

Bicycle owners who reside in the City of Columbiana are required to have their bikes registered with the Police Department. A one-time fee of $1.00 is charged when the license is issued. The bicycle's make, model, and serial number are required information. This registration process helps to deter the theft of bikes, and allows us to return your bike should it be found somewhere.
